How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It depends on the suppliers you have buying from them. And normally takes 2-40 business days to get packages.

How do I get a refund by credit card or debit card?

You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 2-25 business days for the money to arrive.It normally takes 2-25 business days for refunds to be processed. If the refund status is marked as “Complete”, but you can’t find the payment in your bank account, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What is 3-D Secure?

3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transaction with the intention of improving the security of Internet payments.When the cardholder makes a purchase with a participating merchant, a pop-up appears demanding that the cardholder activate the card by entering a password and personal information.What do you need to do as cardholder?When you were directed to page of bank to fill in personal information during payment, please follow instruction there to complete 3- D secure activation in order to pay for your order.

Why is the payment method I want to use not available?

We’re processing a large amount of payments at the same time. Some online payment providers may experience an overload and temporarily take their service offline. We suggest that you use another payment method to place your order or wait and try again later.

I clicked Buy Now, but received an error message saying that there was an internet connection poblem. What can I do?

If you cannot make order in shopping cart, you can change another browser or clear the cookies first, and try it later.Also, you can go to the product detail page and click Buy Now to place the order separately.

Why is my payment being verified again while the payment has already been confirmed?

We normally do another round of internal verification to ensure payment safety. This normally takes no longer than 24 hours. Successful verification > the orders status will be changed to 'Awaiting Shipment'. Unsuccessful verification > order status will be changed to 'Closed'.

Order & Retunrs

The payment has been deducted from my account more than once. What can I do?

You don’t need to do anything. Duplicate payments will be automatically refunded. This may take about 3-20 working days, depending on the payment method you used.

My order has been closed/cancelled. When will I get my refund?

If your paid order has been closed or canceled, your payment will be refunded to your account. Usually, it takes about 3 to 20 business days.

Why has my order been closed?

Sometimes orders are closed for security reasons. If you received an email from us please follow the instructions here. If you do not receive an email, you can try to place the order again later.

Can I cancel my order if the order status says: Payment being verified?

Yes, you can still cancel your order. Just contact the seller for this.

I have not received my order. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:Method 1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by the seller: Go to Track Your Order > Locate the order > and Click Track Order.If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact the seller for more shipping information. You may leave a message on the order details page or Contact Seller on the order list page.Method 2. Contact the seller for more information. If that doesn’t work, you can always apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Make sure you do this before your Buyer Protection has ended. Method 3: If you didn’t receive your order and your Buyer Protection is about to end, please contact our Customer Service Team.

I mistakenly registered a seller account. What can I do?

If you mistakenly registered under a seller account, register again under a buyer account. You are unable to change the account from seller to buyer account

I cannot sign in to my account. What can I do?

To sign in to your account, please make sure you enter the correct registered email address (or Member ID) and password. Your password is case sensitive, so please check if your keyboard's Caps Lock light is on and also make sure there are no extra blank spaces in the password. Other solutions may include:1.
